How Do I Log Into My Trumin Account To View/Edit My Upcoming 2017 Events?

Please note: the following procedure applies for the events in 2017 (Trumin platform). For procedures in 2018 races please visit the section "Event specific & registration 2018 (Chronotrack)"


The document required to retrieve the race number is the waiver.
If you did not print it here is the procedure.

1. Login to https://my.trumin.com
2. Enter your username and a password to return by clicking on the forgotten password.
3. Click on "My Events" in the main menu
4. Click "Registration"


Make sure that the information about your age group and the time of your departure are correct and well informed and that the waiver (waiver) is signed.
Then click "send a copy" to retrieve and print it.

 

The day of the race

At the event, go to the registrations with the documents below in order to receive your race pack.

1. Your Event Pass

2. ID card (required to access the event)

3. Your medical certificate

* IMPORTANT: If you are under 18, please remember that the tutor must accompany you to the event and must co-sign your event pass. If this is not possible, you must bring a letter from your parent or guardian granting you permission to participate in the event in full knowledge of the risks and accepting disclaimers as documented. Without a parent or the authorization and signature of the tutor you will not be allowed to participate in the event. The letter must be provided with a photocopy of a statement of identity of the legal guardians.

If there is a problem with the printing of the event pass, do not panic, we will have blank forms at the registration area on the day of the event!
